Dear UK/Norway and Swiss customers!

• When you import to the UK/Norway/Switserland - you have to pay import taxes.
• For orders above 250 euro we deduct VAT after you have placed and paid your order through our web shop. We have to increase the shipment and handling costs from 15 euro to 50 euro. We will return the difference to your bank account.
• For orders under 250 euro we don't deduct VAT and shipment and handling costs remain 15 euro.

In practice: Place your order through our web shop. Depending on the size of your order we will deduct VAT and increase the shipping costs (see above). Then we ship your order with UPS or Dutch POSTNL. When your customs have received your parcel they will inspect it, and then you will receive an email with request to pay import tax. After payment your package will be released.
